Delivery

Delivery of orders throughout Ukraine is carried out by Nova Poshta with full prepayment. Delivery options by Nova Poshta can be: to a branch, to a post office, or address delivery.

Pickup of orders is possible from the No Other Name showroom (Kyiv, Mechnikova, 5, Octo Tower). When picking up your order, you can pay in advance or pay for your order on the spot.

You provide all the delivery details when placing your order. Delivery within Ukraine takes 1-3 days. Deliveries are sent every day except Sunday.

Delivery is paid for according to Nova Poshta’s rates.

International delivery

The estimated delivery time for international orders is 20-30 days. We are not responsible for customs delays. For more information, please contact us. The cost of international delivery is paid before shipment according to the delivery service rates.

After placing and confirming your order, you can pay for it in any convenient way:

• In cash when picking up from the showroom.
