Procedure for returning goods
To return a product, please follow this simple process:

- After filling out the form, you will receive an email with shipping information for the returned item.
- Pack the item securely to avoid damage during shipping.
- Send the item to the address provided in the email.
- After receiving the item and checking its condition, we will refund the amount paid for the item to your bank card within 7 business days.
We guarantee that all goods in our store meet high quality standards. However, if you find any defects or flaws in the goods, we will be happy to replace them or refund your money.
The seller does not have the right to refuse to exchange or return goods that are not included in the list if they meet all the requirements set forth in Article 9 of the Law “On Protection of Consumer Rights.”
Refunds
If you return goods of satisfactory quality, we will refund the amount paid for the goods, excluding shipping costs. If the goods were paid for by bank card, the funds will be refunded to the same card. If you return goods of unsatisfactory quality, we will fully compensate you for the cost of the goods and all shipping costs.
